Record Store Day 2014

This Record Store Day, which takes place on Saturday 19th April, we make our debut!

Throughout the day we'll have DJs, including Gregory Wells from Domino Recording Co. and his own Hey Moon label, and Paul Lagden, guitarist in Southend's own rock 'n roll reprobates The Wobbly Lamps.

We also have Zoë Howe signing copies of her book Barbed Wire Kisses: The Jesus & Mary Chain Story, which is released exclusively to independent record shops that day.  Zoë has written acclaimed books on The Slits, Wilko Johnson, Florence & The Machine and is currently writing about Dr Feelgood legend Lee Brilleaux (pledge here).  Zoë will be here between 2pm and 3pm.
