Southend’s only minimal synth punk duo Warm Boys release their debut album this August.
Recorded deep in the Essex countryside with John Hannon at NO, Warm Boys is an improvised lurch through minimal synth punk, kosmische and free jazz and includes a cover of Roxy Music’s sinister critique of opulence In Every Dream Home A Heartache
Warm Boys was made using:Korg MS-20 Mini, Arturia MicroBrute, Casio MT-70, Korg Microkorg, Stylophone Gen X-1, Roland SH-101, Boss DR-110 and various pedals.
