It's getting late
Wolf Alice return with The Clearing — their first album since 2021 - is a bold, emotional, widescreen step forward, on limited bone-coloured vinyl for indies. The Smashing Pumpkins’ Machina / The Machines of God revisit their dense and ambitious 2000 LP for a 25th anniversary reissue. Water From Your Eyes’ It’s A Beautiful Place stretches their sharp art-pop instincts into stranger shapes, while Tyler, The Creator’s Cherry Bomb is back in print, a raw, chaotic blast of invention. Deftones’ Private Music shows their unmistakable mix of weight and atmosphere. Galaxie 500's CBGB 12.13.88 captures the band live in New York at their shimmering, hypnotic best, with every bit of their signature intimacy and autumnal bombast on display. Running late but due soon are Mac DeMarco’s Guitar, a new collection of twelve reflective and melodic songs written and recorded at home over twelve days in November 2024, on orange vinyl for indie shops, and The Maccabees’ debut Colour It In, reissued as a Zoetrope edition.
